CHALLENGES/PROBLEMS TO BE TACKLED
Poverty and lack of vocational skills transfer/development particularly to earn a living, women and girl child who have and still being marginalized due to discriminatory customs common on most African societies/communities which favour boys as pillars of the home and deny girl child and women opportunities in education., Training, employment, e.t.c. And thus plunge them abbysycal of poverty and miseries.

PRINCIPAL TARGET GROUP/BENEFICIARIES
Young women and girls who most of them are jobless, school leavers or dropouts and have acquired no life/vocational skills to earn a living or any sustainable livelihoods.

OBJECIVES
To provide vocational skills for sustainable livelihoods.\to eradicate/alternate poverty.
To generate incomes and create wealth.\to empower and promote gender equality and mainstreaming and money.
To train young women and girls to be self reliant and productive members of their communities.

BUDGET
In order for the project to take off financially and materially, support will be needed as follows:
Training of trainers for two years
Purchase of manual sewing machines (already was donated by a well-wisher) we need at least five to accommodate the trainees.
Tools, equipments, training and production materials.
